Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Service Engagement and Commitment

All services provided by ROI HUNT are strategic and resource-intensive engagements. Upon acceptance of a proposal or agreement, dedicated internal resources are allocated to your account.

Engagements become binding once payment is received and work has commenced.

2. Five-Day Limited Refund Window

Clients are eligible for a limited refund review period of five calendar days from the date of payment, subject to the following conditions:

• A written refund request must be submitted within five days of payment.
• No strategic, technical, campaign, or account setup work must have commenced.
• Administrative and transaction charges may be deducted before processing any refund.

If execution, planning, research, or configuration work has started, charges will apply proportionate to the work completed.

After five days from payment, all fees become non-refundable.

3. Retainer Service Termination

For ongoing monthly or contractual services, termination requires a minimum thirty-day written notice.

The notice period begins only after written acknowledgment from ROI HUNT.

4. Early Termination Liability

If termination occurs before completion of the agreed contract term:

These charges compensate for allocated team bandwidth, reserved capacity, and strategic commitments.

5. Project-Based Services

For fixed scope services including website development, marketplace onboarding, consulting, creative production, and related services:

• Cancellation before work commencement may qualify for a refund minus administrative and transaction charges.
• Cancellation after work has started will be billed proportionate to work completed.
• Completed milestones are strictly non-refundable.

6. Outstanding Payments

All outstanding invoices, third-party tool charges, advertising spends, and operational expenses must be cleared before service closure or account transition.

7. Intellectual Property

All strategies, campaign structures, creative concepts, documents, frameworks, and proprietary methodologies developed by ROI HUNT remain the intellectual property of ROI HUNT unless explicitly transferred in writing after full payment.

8. Data and Transition

Upon completion of contractual obligations and settlement of dues:

• Account access credentials will be handed over within seven business days.
• Summary documentation may be provided upon request.
• Additional transition support will be billed separately.

9. Non-Circumvention

Clients agree not to directly solicit or hire any employee or contractor of ROI HUNT during engagement and for twelve months thereafter without written consent.

10. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
